- We are committed to partnering with the best logistics providers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery in your area. Please note that the carrier assigned to your order may differ from the one displayed at checkout as we continually optimize our shipping process.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase. Processing times may vary slightly during peak periods or holidays.
- Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 10 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping usually arrives within 3 to 7 business days.
- Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather, shipping carrier delays, or logistical issues.
4. Delivery Areas
- We ship to domestics only excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Guam. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.
- Delivery to remote or difficult-to-access areas may take longer, and additional charges could apply.
5. Assembly Services
- Assembly services are available for select furniture items at an additional cost. This option can be selected at checkout if applicable.
6. Delivery Restrictions
- Large or bulky items may have specific delivery options based on your location. We will contact you if special arrangements are needed.
- For buildings without elevator access, additional fees may apply for delivering items to upper floors.
7. Damages and Missing Items
Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any damage or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours by contacting our customer service at [email address/phone number].
- Standard Delivery: Items will be delivered to your door. (We may require a signature; this will be specified at checkout.)
- White-Glove Service: A signature is required upon delivery, and an assembly confirmation will be provided if applicable.
If an item arrives significantly damaged or not as described, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
8. No Returns or Refunds (Sold As-Is)
- All furniture is open-box and sold as-is, potentially with minor cosmetic imperfections.
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted, except when items arrive significantly damaged or not as described. Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for investigation. Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.
9. Order Tracking
- After shipping, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
10. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the customer will bear the extra cost incurred. Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.
